How do I get my Panasonic TX-15LT2 to receive EDTV signals? - component video to scart rgb

I have a Panasonic TX-15LT2 LCD TV HDTV is expected to be finished. I would like to join my old Dreamcast with a VGA box so that you can play on my Dreamcast, 480p. However, despite allegedly TV HDTV ready, no component, DVI and VGA ports, so that I know are the only ways to EDTV. S So, if your TV only composite video and SCART (RGB) connections, how do I get 480p?
