Seeking a survey or questionnaire amoungst (only 30 people do) to get their opinions / Insight. The issue is project management and collaboration. The Use an overview of the project, the tools to (either in software, paper, office-based learning is based). Why use these tools, the benefits they find in their current tools and disadvantages they face in their current tools, the desire for a perfect solution.

Can anyone recommend to the questions or what I have said a survey / questionnaire that I can use?
